Oomagari nori seaweed Udon

Udon we introduce here are delicately scented with nori seaweed. The nori used are not standard nori, they are harvested on the beach of Oomagari in Higashi Matsushima (Miyagi Prefecture) and are those tasted by the Imperial family of Japan.

Their flavor is exceptional, the taste of nori is powerful, rich, complex. This is made possible by the extreme fineness of the nori powder kneaded with the dough during manufacture.
This feature has the effect of highlighting all the taste notes of the nori seaweed.
These udon are thinner than those usually produced traditionally.

Our perfect combination : we recommend using a not too powerful tsuyu to fully enjoy the delicate iodine notes of the Oomagari nori.
