The Hakata Tonkotsu ramen are one of 3 famous ramen types in Japan. The dry, thin noodles are matured at low temperature for 48 hours without being fried in the oil. They are particularly popular in the region of Fukushima where they are made. You can accompany them with a beaten egg, it’s delicious.
