Instant Kitakata soy sauce ramen

These ramen are not distinguished by clear, fresh aromas and flavors, with a delicious taste of soy sauce, wonderfully combined with the texture of thick, sticky noodles.

Kitakata Soy Sauce ramen are one of three famous ramen types in Japan. The moderately fi ne wavy noodles are dried and matured at low temperature for 48 hours without being fried in the oil.
