Miso sauce Hoisin type

This ready-to-use hoisin-style miso japanese sauce is a real treat. Sweet, rich in flavors, it allows you to lacquer a pork loin or to taste a lacquered duck breast.

For the pork, all you need to do is cover the meat (30% by weight of your meat) and leave to marinate for 3 hours before placing it in the oven at 200 ° C for 35 minutes.
On the duck side, enjoy with delicious wheat pancakes, carrot and cucumber and spring onion sticks.
This sauce is also perfect for marinating and enjoying the famous black cod or grilled eggplant.
