This japanese rice of the Koshihikari Niigata variety, cultivated naturally, is small in size but is characterized by a sweetness and an important natural sweetness due to the method of cultivation used.

The cultivation method follows the natural environment of the mountains and does not rely on chemical fertilizers or organic fertilizers, and does not add any nutrients to the rice fields to bring out the natural strength of the earth.
No herbicides or pesticides are used.
No additional nutrients are added to the rice, it oxidizes and deteriorates slowly.
Rice has its natural taste.
There are actually two varieties of Koshihikari rice. The variety grown in Niigata Prefecture is BL Koshihikari, an improved version of the Koshihikari variety.
However, our Koshihikari is a conventional variety.
This variety is considered rare in the Koshihikari category.
As all rice farmers in Niigata know, the traditional variety of Koshihikari tastes much superior. This Premium Traditional Koshihikari Rice is delicious even when cold and good for traditional Japanese sushi.
It also goes well with grilled fish and tempura.
