Robatayaki table barbecue

Specialty restaurants "robatayaki" are very popular in Japan. For this type of cuisine, cooking on skewers is done directly in front of customers, at the table or in street food.

Important : before use, consult "Attachments".

The ingredients are strung onto small skewers around a circular barbecue and cook evenly, slowly or quickly depending on the tilt of the skewer towards the Binchotan charcoal embers.
Table barbecue material: diatomaceous earth
This barbecue is not dishwasher safe.
Allow to cool well after use.
Place the barbecue on a suitable trivet for heat when placed on the table.

Supplied with 8 skewers of 220 mm (stainless steel) and 1 pliers of 300 mm to handle the skewers
