Teyori Udon

These hand-made udon are flat type. They are slowly matured in a room at a low temperature, then dried slowly to achieve a chewy, smooth texture and the original flavor of wheat flour.

The flour used, of very high quality, is of Australian origin.
No additives, dyes or preservatives are used.
We recommend a cold tasting.

These udon, which are delicate to cook, require the following steps to be observed point by point:
. Bring 2 liters of water to a boil
. Immerse the udon in boiling water
. Stir gently for 4 minutes
. Taste to check the texture
. Remove from the heat and transfer to a colander
. Rinse with very cold water stirring them gently
. Drain
. Enjoy within 5 minutes of rinsing for optimal flavor and texture.
