Japan is renowned for its tasty condiments. One of the best known is yuzu kosho, made from green chilli and yuzu.
The JA TOSA REIHOKU cooperative selects the best yuzu from Kôchi (the leading location for yuzu production in Japan) and the most delicious peppers to make this liquid version of yuzu kosho.
Our perfect combination : this condiment, mix of fresh and warm flavors will spice up seasonings, marinades and sauces. It can be enjoyed with fish (grilled or poached), grilled white or red meat, shellfish, smoked salmon, mixed salads, vegetables, fish, beef or veal tartars. We have selected this sauce for its lovely balance between the strength of the green chilli and the freshness of the yuzu, without bitterness, salty and with just the right amount of spice.
