Sanbaisu Vinegar Seasoning

Sanbaisu vinegar seasoning is a basic seasoning for "sunomono" (vegetables or fish or shellfish marinated in vinegar).

Three ingredients are essential for its preparation: vinegar, soy sauce, sugar (or mirin).

Our manufacturer adds roundness to it with a dashi broth rich in dried bonito and kombu seaweed.

Flavors are greedy, both sweet and salty, and the umami rich.
Dried bonito flavor is very present.

Our perfect combination : you will appreciate it for vinaigrettes, marinades of vegetables and roots (turnip, radish, daikon...), home-made pickles, or to season your sushi rice.
It is completely natural, with no additives, no coloring, no preservatives.
