This hand-craft home-made japanese sauce is made from dried bonito dashi broth, including shiitake mushrooms and kombu seaweed.

It is the perfect condiment for somen, udon and soba.

Tezukuri tsuyu also accompanies raw or cooked vegetables, mixed salads, avocado, crab meat, cold cockles, clams...

Umami flavor is very present and balance is perfect.
