Unroasted Taihaku sesame oil
Tahihaku sesame oil is made from fine white sesame seeds, just dried, unroasted and pressed at low temperature.
The oil is very clear and doesn't have the usual powerful sesame notes that come from roasted seeds.
It is very popular with bakers and patissiers for everyday use.
