This soy sauce is made from locally grown whole soybeans, local wheat and sun-dried salt. This sauce is slowly matured in wooden barrels.

Lightly salted soy sauce

It has a good balance of taste and aroma because it is reduced in salt through a unique manufacturing method. Its slow maturation gives it woody, cocoa and humus notes.

It has a deep umami and aroma, with a refreshing sweetness.

 

Our perfect pairings : it is ideal for sashimi of fatty yellowtail, fatty tuna, natto, fried eggs, boiled vegetables, fish papillotes.
