Saké Gozenshu Tougai Omachi 50 Namagenshu

This Gonzehsu sake, made from 50% polished Tougai Omachi rice, has a distinct sweetness and ginjo aroma. Freshness and elegance on the palate will certainly be appreciated by many.

Unpasteurized, this sake is slightly fizzy. Aromas are extremely fruity, a lot of sweetness, notes of ripe strawberry, marshmallow, green apple and very ripe red apple, young melon.

Mouth is greedy, fresh peach, strawberry, red berries, marshmallow.

Our perfect pairings: his sake will be perfect as an aperitif or to accompany a dessert (fruit tart), sorbets, fruit charlotte.
