It has been awarded the Crystal Taste Award and 3 stars for 3 years in a row at the International Taste Institute.
Aroma is very rich, with notes of floral, yellow fruit, dried coconut, ripe mango, honey, vanilla, cocoa, maple, dark sugar, exotic fruits, reminiscent of old amber rums.
Mouth feeling, greedy, evokes caramel fudge, licorice stick, cocoa mucilage, cocoa bean, with a light acidity very pleasant and aromatic herbal accents.
You will appreciate its very balanced depth.
Our perfect pairings: this shōchū, in tasting dose, will find many agreements with grilled fish, sashimi, fish eggs, sushi, grilled red meats (beef, duck). It can also be enjoyed with your desserts (fried fruits, chocolate) or as a digestive, at room temperature or on ice.
