Aged for 3 years, this Shōchū is characterized by a fragrant, pleasant and mellow flavor that spreads in the mouth.
Usa, Oita Prefecture, is famous for its barley quality produced there. All raw materials, with which this Shōchū is made, come from Usa area.

This Shōchū particularity comes from its secondary fermentation for which roasted and smoked barley is added. Distillation is done by atmospheric pressure.
Toasted aromas are reminiscent of hot popcorn, coffee, maple syrup, caramel and toast.
Flavors are greedy, with strong barley tea umami, coffee and maple syrup, caramel, cocoa, toast notes.
Our perfect pairings : We recommend its consumption on ice or in cocktail with ginger ale.
This shochu is also surprisingly good with smoked salmon.
