Whole roasted black sesame seeds were incorporated into the dough for these udon.

On the palate, the flavor and aromas of sesame keep their promise.
Our perfect combination : the ideal cooking will be "al dente" and the tasting may be hot or cold, with dashi broth, grated ginger and chopped spring onions.
Cooking time: 10 minutes in boiling water, and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
