Matcha tea
This tea is made from a special tea: the Kabuse Cha, a beautiful blue-green colored tea (the leaves, still on the tree, are covered with a screen to cut them out from direct sunlight for one week before harvesting).
This green tea contains a lot of elements good for health: vitamin E & C, dietary fibers, amino butyric acid, beta-carotene, fluorine & catechins. Catechins work to suppress the rise in blood sugar level and blood pressure, reduce triglycerides and cholesterol, and also work to sterilize and fix intestinal functions. A large quantity of caffeine is also present which prevents drowsiness and relieves tiredness and headaches.
Our perfect combination : best quantity is 1g for 10 cl of beverage.
Grinding is so fine that you may also dilute these teas in cool water or cold milk.
If you add ice cubes, do it so only after having diluted powder.
