The Genmai enhances the fragrance of the mixture and allows to express all the sweetness of the drink. Matcha keeps the intense green color. This is an instant green tea, easy to drink which can be accepted by the majority of users.
Our perfect combination : best quantity is 1 g for 10 cl of beverage.
Grinding is so fine that you may also dilute these teas in cool water or cold milk.
If you add ice cubes, do it so only after having diluted powder.
