Koumi boshi nori seaweeds are simply dried after harvesting.
They are not washed in fresh water or shredded.
The favors remain intact, salty, deep, and rich in umami.
Only the most beautiful seaweed is selected.
Our perfect combination : A small amount of nori will add a crispy texture and can lift salty or fruity dishes, small canapes, white rice, scallop carpaccios, fish, meat or churn butters.
