Rausu Kombu we propose here is grown in Hokkaido: it is Hokkaido Rausu Kombu.

It is extremely qualitative and meets the requirements of the best professionals specialized in the manufacture of dashi broths. Seaweeds are rigorously selected. White marks on its surface should not be washed. They are terribly rich in umami.
