This Tatsumi Usukuchi soy sauce has an appetizing scent, a refreshing taste, a condensed umami flavor that spreads well compared to a classic soy sauce.

Usukuchi soy sauce usually has a light color and an iodized taste without too much aromatic power. Tatsumi Usukuchi is clearer, balanced in salinity, with a deep, dense taste and powerful soy notes.
It reveals a little sweetness and woody notes, a lot of pep on a texture with velvety accents and biscuity notes.
