Black Kiipon Kuromane soy sauce

An authentic and exceptional natural soy sauce, without any additives, colourants or preservatives.

In Japan, the town of Yuasa is part of the Preservation Districts for Groups of Historical Buildings.
The Yuasa soy sauce producers have been one of the sites classed as part of the Japanese heritage since 2017.
Kiippon Kuromame soy sauce is unique in its taste, aroma, color, environment and production method.
It is made from carefully cultivated and exclusively grown, harvested and selected materials from the whole of Japan, such as the best Tanba black soy beans, Gotou natural salt, Yuasa natural water, Hokkaido wheat or Aichi wheat.
Like all "grand cru" soy sauces, it is brewed naturally in Japanese cedar casks for a minimum of 13 to 24 months.
