Sweet soy sauce is not a traditional product in Japan. It has been developed because of the request of a multitude of Japanese or Asian restaurants throughout the world, and knows a resounding success all over Europe.
Thicker Teriyaki sauce, brushed on kebabs and grilled meats in Japan, is the base for this sweet soy sauce.
