Dried naturally, roasted in the wood fire, then methodically grated for a long time, pressed and stirred, sesame seeds give a paste with powerful, perfectly smooth taste, exempt from any impurity.
Our perfect combination : Their particularly pronounced aroma gives an intense depth to ice creams and confectioners custards, ganaches, cottage cheeses and cream cheese. Our white sesame paste can also be declined in salty flavors: in marinades, to accompany your vegetables or dishes in sauce, with smoked salmon or foie gras.
