Rice Panko breadcrumb

This is the first gluten-free panko on the market. It is made exclusively from Japanese "uruchi" rice, without any food additives, shortening- free.

This panko reduces total oil absorption by about 40% compared to other wheat-based breadcrumbs.
It preserves its crispy texture even after cooling.

Our perfect combination : minced meat, white fi sh, langoustines, oysters, shrimps, fruits…

Your glue to dip your preparations :
- For vegans : 1 measure of rice flour + 1 measure of potato starch or corn + 2.5 parts of water.
- For others: 1 measure of rice flour + 1 egg + 1 measure of water.
