Here is one of the most symbolic japanese sauces of Japanese cuisine.

You will use Yakiniku sauce for Japanese barbecue to marinate meat and vegetables and to top your grilled beef, pork, poultry.

Our perfect combination : based on fruit juice and grated garlic, it is THE sauce to marinate meat for barbecue (20 to 30 % of the ingredients used).
After cooking, lightly top the food again before eating.
