Junmaishu cold sake

Craftsmen of Chiyo no Sono craftsmen worked with a lot of know-how and mastery to make this soft-mouthed sake dominated by banana and ripe fruits notes.

This sake has a subtle umami with lots of freshness.

Our perfect combination : pasta with cream, gyudon, a pan-fried foie gras, a well-seasoned terrine, udon with an egg yolk.
