Wasabi powder
The pungency of wasabi comes from volatile “mustard oil / isothiocyanate”. When grated, the mustard oil glycoside inside the wasabi cell is physically destroyed and undergoes hydrolysis by the activity of enzyme and generates “mustard oil”.
Various effects of wasabi are now proven such as combing and intensifying Vitamin B1, Stabilizing Vitamin C, Stimulating appetite, anti-parasite effect, and supporting digestion and absorption.
Our perfect combination : you will reconstitute with water to make your wasabi paste, or incorporate it into your dough pieces and food preparations, whether sweet or savory.
