Toyama Prefecture is famous for its egoma shiso seeds (Perilla Frutescens).

These very aromatic little seeds surprise with their multiple flavors: basil, sesame, mint, wooden undergrowth, cumin, anise, melissa, cinnamon.
Our craftsman marries the egoma with a blend of spices that he combines with the Himalaya pink salt. The whole is balanced.
