Reduced salt soy sauce

Choko Syouyu’s house offers a naturally fermented soy sauce, in the respect of the Japanese traditions.

Its slow maturity of 9 month minimum and its low level in salt, gives it mellow and round flavors, hints of fruits, balanced, rich in umami.
Japanese and western Europe consumers are more and more to vote for a soy sauce less salty.
