On the palate, the flavors reveal sweet notes of honey, delicate and tasty vanilla, then smoky and spicy notes.
The finish surprises with a refreshing mint aftertaste.

*Filtration for whiskies : "chill filtered" or "non-chill filtered", Matsui Whisky seems to have selected the "non-chill filtered" to maximize the flavor and taste cultivated during barrel aging, knowing that there is a risk of precipitation and cloudiness.

For our range of Matsui whiskies, in order to maintain quality with the original technology, the craftsmen do not perform cooling filtration, so particles may occur. This is not a defect, this is natural. The components are derived from wheat and fermentation and are mainly umami and flavors.
