Matsui Kurayoshi Whiskey pure malt

It expresses a sweet, refreshing malt flavor, balanced acidity, bitterness and sweetness with notes of raisins, nuts and vanilla, and woody notes that are harmoniously distributed in the mouth.

*Filtration for whiskies : "chill filtered" or "non-chill filtered", Matsui Whisky seems to have selected the "non-chill filtered" to maximize the flavor and taste cultivated during barrel aging, knowing that there is a risk of precipitation and cloudiness.


For our range of Matsui whiskies, in order to maintain quality with the original technology, the craftsmen do not perform cooling filtration*, so particles may occur. This is not a defect, this is natural. The components are derived from wheat and fermentation and are mainly umami and flavors.
